Just like any OFWs, we have our own stories to tell. I never imagined that one day I would be doing a blog about my life. Being a single parent and hoping to earn more abroad, I left my 3 kids in my father's care. Everything was ok until their father learned that I was not in the Philippines.
Last July 23, 2008 my daughter - 7 years old going 8 on Aug 22. Grade 2 was taken away by his father who has history of drug addiction and violence. Unfortunately until today Aug 1.. 8 days have passed and no news about them. Her other siblings have not seen her or have heard anything from her.
We have tried talking to other people for possible actions but I think money here matters... its all about money..
Does my father being a grandparent have the right to file a case since I am not there and the father is unfit?
I do not know...
It only breaks my heart everytime I think of my little Denise... wondering where she is.. where is her mama... where is her kuya and ate and lolo...
Hold on my dear one..
